Yeah, my muse is still missing. I did manage to write about 300 words so... that's better than the past... uh... two weeks?
Anyway, I've got this craving for BtVS lately, so I've rewatched a few episodes and came up with a crossover story.
The teen!Chesters move to California, to Sunnydale, where Dean goes to school with Buffy & Co. Of course, being a hottie, Cordilia gets interested, and he's kinda a jock so he's with the in croud, not the Buffy croud. But of course, being Winchesters, John (and Dean) is interested in the extrememly high mortality rate in Sunnydale.
They start poking around, and Dean stumbles across all kinds of interesting books in the library. And overhears Buffy & Co. talking about vampires or any other supernatural thing. His interest immediately rises, but he laughs at the idea that vampires are real (cuz up until DMB John thought they were extinct).
Dean joins forces with Buffy & Co. John and Giles talk some shop about weapons and research, and Sam and Willow gets stuck with the actual research while Buffy and Dean are out there, searching, each thinking they have to protect the cluless other.
Of course, it turns out to be some other kind of nasty which Dean and Buffy take care of, and Sammy has a puppy geek crush on Willow.
Hee. I like that last part. I can see it now - Wee!Sammy following WiIllow around, carrying her books, being all adorkable while she totally tries to get Xander... hee. Poor wee!Sammy. *pets him*
