For me, Show is pretty much over. I think Kripke tied a nice little bow around it, and it's done. So all the bunnies I had that were series related are a bit... I dunno. Too weird for me to write.
Which leaves pre-series.
There was a fic I wanted to write a long time ago, with a very sensitive theme (though behind the scenes, but it's still pretty sensitive), and I finally figured out how to do it.
Layers.
So, I'm gonna do a case!fic with John, a pre-teen 'Sam has a nemesis' layer, and... something with teen Dean. Possibly his first crush, when he was totally clueless and awkward. Or maybe something else, if I can think about it.
What do 12 year old boys do? *ponders* (ok, fine, but what did they do pre-internet and wii? I was 11 in '91, but I'm a girl. Somehow, I doubt Dean would have done the things I did back in the day... ^__~)
Anyways, *shrugs*
So I found my next project.
