What fun - I also liked question 9 - I know a small amount about Irish politics and I think I might recognise the format!
I most like the comments, in the post with the answers, about the 'How do you pronounce leprechaun?' question. I had not thought, before, of anyone not knowing, but of course there must be people who have only seen the word written down. I love the idea of the people of Cork trying to convince American tourists that it is pronounced leePRIshan!!!
It's not exclusive to Ireland. My Mum used to holiday with her grandfather in Port Melon in Cornwall and her brother and some local lads used to spend happy hours directing Brummie tourists to the Treaclemines of Pollgooth (Polgooth being a notoriously humourless place apparently)
Mr Wol will likely be around. I may not be. Possible playdate with DD down the country. I'll keep you posted ... especially if you remind me (looks ashamed of sieve like memory)
Hmm - well - will remind. Was hoping to catch you to wish you luck in person before the following week so I hope it's a possibility (play date at fota instead?) But either way see you sometime and soon...
