turn, turn, turn ...
Well it looks like DD is celebrating the arrival of the weekend by coming down with something. Here's hoping she has a good night and doesn't follow up her sudden headache, listlessness and sore throat with a good late night omitting or anything else. We have done well I guess in having 11 weeks with scarcely an infection between us so Baby Boy has had his honeymoon period and it is now over. Welcome to our household little bundle!
Said little bundle has been behaving like an illustration from Penelope Leach all day. He has been gurgling, grabbing toys, clasping his little paws and grinning at anyone and everyone. He totally charmed the usually taciturn waiting staff at Little India (the Indian restaurant we went to for lunch with pal Pete) by smiling and waving his arms a lot whenever the waiter went by. (He did make up for that by screaming a lot in the buggy when I was shopping - he puts up with being pushed along but Heaven help me if I stop to try and pay for something! He must have the soul of a shoplifter.)
It was nice teacher at the Montessori's last day. Boo! All change on the staffing front AGAIN! Baby Boy is not going to go there if I can help it. There is no stability for the kids when it comes to staffing.
