Off to the country - again
It is sunny here and Mr Wol has time off so we are packing up and heading down to the country to see my folks and the seaside for a long weekend - YAY! My foot is a disaster area still but better than yesterday. Mr Wol is also looking forward to having help chasing DD round given that I cannot keep up as i am - grrrr!
Our neighbours have just had a new baby boy and Mrs Neighbour has just popped round to show him off. He is awfully pretty! So nice when you can gush over a baby honestly for once. I cooked her a chicken that she can stuff in the freezer as we both agreed before she gave birth that one of the hardest things to manage with a new baby in the house was cooking as you get called away every few minutes and stuff burns. I sniffed the new baby in spite of our friends' confirmed belief that baby sniffing is what actually causes pregnancy. New baby smell is nice!
