Ok, I just beat another one of the games on my list of old games -- BattleTech - The Crescent Hawks' Inception. I've been working on this one off-and-on also since fifth grade (although not as often as The Summoning.) This time around I was inspired to play it by reading the review of it in an old issue of Computer Gaming World which said it was quite short (the reviewer said 20 hours). I beat it in about 5 hours. WTF? I remember playing this game for days at a time way back when. And this time it was a cake-walk. In fact, it wasn't even that fun, because I just did the parts I had done before and then went straight to the end. Very disappointing. But I can scratch it off my list now, anyway.
