Photo Time - More Squirrels

I'm back with more photos of my favorite subjects, squirrels. Getting out recently hasn't been easy. I injured my leg by trying to walk on it, and instead, collapsed on top of it. Possibly tore the muscle on the left calf. Two days later, obviously not staying off it enough, I re-injured it. Finally able to stay off of it for an extended period

Ouch! I hope you can stay off your leg long enough for it to heal and that it heals quickly. Nice squirrel.

Thanks, I'm hoping to stay off of my leg today, but I also have a lot of photography I want and need to do. I'll post-process for today I think. Maybe in a few days, I'll get back out there and start capturing nature again.

This was a very nice squirrel. She was quite active yesterday in my front yard. She posed for me several times as if to say, "Fine, there, got the shot you wanted? How about this one, or this one?" LOL

She found that root and spent about five minutes pulling it up. It just kept getting longer and longer. LOL, She seemed genuinely surprised that it kept going.

Thanks for sharing these... I love squirrels! We have at least four that live in the big tree out back of the house, and they're greatly entertaining to watch when they're playing in the yard or chasing each other along the fence rails. :D
