My goals for the rest of the summer:
- Drink a lot of water (no more soda)
- Go running at 9 AM or earlier everyday
- Lose some weight (look above)
- Eat more healthy! more fruit and veggies
- No eating anything later than 11:00
- In bed by 11:30 - 11:45
- Get some self-confidence
