(no subject)
This is one of my favorite times of the year. Spring has sprung. The Wings and Pistons are in the playoffs, the Tigers are lighting up the city and I finally got to do some spring cleaning in my backyard getting it summer ready.
With all the things that happened last week I was not sure about any happy feelings getting through. Then I needed to remind myself that life is for living not wasting.
For some reason all the wildlife within 50 miles vacation in my yard. They think it is is some sort of bed and breakfast. At any given time there are rabbits,doves,squirrels,cats and endless birds frolicking about. They are getting so bold they don't even scatter when I come out. The other day a squirrel was all stretched out under my picnic table eating a nut. When I approached him he looked up at me and I swear smiled and continued eating. I do love squirrels I must say but enough is enough. At least clean up after yourself or leave a tip once and a while.
