Worked out on Friday night, forgot to stretch, and have been in pain since. Hurts to flex my arms and it seems wrong for it to last this long. Oh well.
Worked out again tonight. Ran into an asshole at the gym. Put my mood out of sorts for an otherwise nice day.
I finally have a real day off tomorrow. Wonder what I'll do...
