a bold request
a friend who has suffered from Crohn's disease for years, finally yielded to his doctor's strong recommendation and agreed to have surgery. As a result of the surgery, he is now paralyzed. No one seems to know what went wrong. They then did a second surgery which resulted in rampant infection that is still not fuly under control AND he is still paralyzed. Ironically, neither surgery did anything to improve is Crohn's disease either. Understandably he is very depressed, frustrated and so is his wife. If you have a moment and feel so inclined, please include my friend in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you.
