My boss is still an idiot, but he's sucking up to me now.
House shopping and trying to get financed is a mega huge hassle.

Yeah...Glenn and I have been house hunting for a little bit...it's not promising. At all. Especially since the average price for a house here in Calgary runs about $300 to 350,000.

In the county where I live, Its not quite that much, but everything's more expensive in Canada. So it probably equals out.
Hopefully it'll work out...

It's still freakishly expensive...Almost more expensive than Vancouver and Toronto.

I know what you mean. Tampa's big, but not huge and houses are insane.
One big thing down here that's gone crazy is Homeowner's Insurance. You don't even wanna know how nuts that's been in the last couple years...

We think about it because rates have quadrupled in the last 3 years. Some insurance companies won't insure anyone in Fla. period.
