So I realized today that my boss is an idiot. I am so furious with him. I wanted to apply for this other position that was open. I talked to him and he said I was qualified. So at the bottom of the posting it said to respond the the poster with LDEP. I asked him what that was, since I've only been there for 7 mos. and never applied for another
