Heading North

Now that Hale's over, more or less, I'm afraid I won't know what to do with myself. Luckily I'm completing the last major leg of my college tours. At approximately 7 AM my dad and I will be piling into the Grand Cherokee and trekking north to Maine. We'll be visiting the "BBC," as stupid college books call them. In English, I'll be touring Bates, Bowdoin, and Colby. I'm actually pretty excited. I do love these trips, as monotonous as they can be. I sometimes get clothes out of the deal, too, which makes it all worth it.

Mark my words, I will finish Jane Eyre by the time I return to Massachusetts. If I don't, I pretty much have no right to exist. If I'm any kind of human being, I'll be able to start The Heart is a Lonely Hunter, as well. Don't count on that, though.

As the class of 2005 trickles away, I'm beginning to feel ready to be a senior. If anything, I'll be able to assist in owning Super Band. That's enough for me.

Maybe I'll bake brownies for my staff to quell my Hale withdrawl. Membership kids always love a baked good.
