What's the idea?

Dean gets sick of the Angels and other hunters using him to get to Sam who's turned and claimed his throne, and disappears. Dean eventually goes to a frantic Sam to warn him of a traitor and an impending attack. Sam does everything in his power to show Dean he is needed and wanted and a relationship between them is not only possible but accepted in hell.

Would like Ruby being exposed as the backstabbing, lying witch she is (possibly trying to kill Dean to keep Sam).
mpreg is great (I love seeing Dean Preggers)
Also please have Dean join Sam willingly not through force.

But please NO rape/dub-con, or one of the boys trying to torture or kill the other.
