It's impossible for anyone in the 21st century to avoid purgatory with that kind of test!! What am I supposed to do, fast all the time and stop having sex?! Forget it! Purgatory, here I come!! ;) lol

I have a feeling that it was always pretty hard to avoid purgatory....

The more interesting question is: which part of Purgatory will you be spending most time in?

Hmmmmmmmmm... we'll have to ask Mike or the U of Scranton graduate at Oriel who had the religious debate with the Mormons (good story to tell people over here, btw).

Yes, good point. Not everyone in medieval and renaissance times would want to stop eating and having sex, too!

I didn't want to be specific, but there are some rather 21st-century habits on the list that people in the 21st century consider perfectly socially acceptable, but that the people in med/ren times might have thought were perversions.
