I hope somebody tracks down the original source but this is all I have for now.

ETA: Found some info. I still don't know what this shoot was done for but the photographer is Roger Erickson (you can see his little watermark in the lower right hand corner of the picture).

The Advocate did a profile of him back in August, where you can see some of his other work. It's gorgeous.
