Question: Any truth to the rumor that Sam will get kicked out of his home for being gay on Glee? -Back
Ausiello: Funny story: No, there’s no truth to that rumor. We will get to see Sam’s home life in the upcoming “Rumors” episode when Finn - suspicious that Quinn is cheating on him with Trouty Mouth - goes on a stakeout with (wait for it) Rachel!

So that getting kicked out rumor has official been debunked. I actually have a theory/hope for this meeting Sam's family story line. Wouldn't it be interesting if it was Sam's parents who were pressuring him to be popular? I think that would fit in to his body issues and his quelling his nerdiness. Plus it would lead to great character development for Sam and give Chord a chance to stretch his acting muscles a bit more. Of course I'm usually wrong when it comes to guessing what this show is going to do.
