Brett Berk doesn't come off as a dick to me. ;-) I personally think he's just snarky, funny and willing to ask those questions that people want to know but would often dare not ask. He's actually interviewed several of the cast for Vanity Fair, which is where this interview comes from, including Chris (I think he's actually interviewed Chris twice).
