A couple images from my foray into the Sandia Mountains. I did some hiking. I've learned to hike up first then down, rather than down then up. It's much better.
It was a fabulous drive. I stopped for a picnic lunch at the junction of 165 (135?) and almost went down the un-improved road before good sense re-asserted its hold on me and I went back the way I came. I do try to avoid being a statistic.
