E85 fuel rebate
I just learned that I can apply for a green fuel rebate from Illinois for my purchase of E85 - up to $340 by saving my receipts and filling out a form in January. The program is designed to offset the mileage difference between gas and E85. I had calculated that I do not save any money using E85 but that the environmental impact was the reward. Yes!!
