It is the hokey-cokey, oh my God.
I'm damn tired. Don't all my entries start like that these days? But there is no point going to bed till Joey is settled, as no-one sleeps in this house till Joey does. Aside from this, reasons why we are the coolest household ever:
1) Whilst making noises at Joey earlier I hit on one that made him laugh hysterically, better than we've ever heard him laugh before. He continued laughing on cue right up until Suzie managed to set up the video camera, at which point he decided it wasn't funny anymore. So we have a recording of me making ridiculous noises and faces and Joey looking at me like "WTF?"
2) To get Joey to grin and take his calpol we sang the first verse of Joy to the World ("Jeremiah was a bullfrog") to him. It worked. My baby is a cool X-filed baby.
3) When Lone GunCat brought in yet another mouse, Suzie tried to trap it by telling it "Hello little mouse. My name's Suzie and I'm your friend. Please just climb into the box so I can transport you outside safely." That didn't work, but it made me LOL.
Finally, can everyone please go and vote at this header competition at straightheads please? Because we still have a tie.
