Too much confusion
Oh show. OH SHOW. How do you do these things to me?
Have I said in the last 10 minutes how much I love Kara Thrace? BECAUSE I LOVE KARA THRACE. Every little thing she does breaks my heart, from peeing in front of Baltar to putting her own picture on the wall. And her and Lee! I love them so much separately that the whole BBFs no matter what thing does me in.
Also, Gias, you crazy type moron but I secretly love you. Same goes for broken Boomer of brokenness. And Athena! Grace Park deserves some serious awards, as does Tricia Helfer. Gias and Caprica Six kind of broke me lots.
Bad points: I know this will be extremely unpopular, but seriously, the cabin thing? Best left to fanfic. It was boring and predictable and played far too obviously with actors capable of much more subtle and perfect acting. Also, we get the point that Galactica is dying and Adama is heartbroken, we really do. The last couple of scenes with the paint and the couch were heartbreaking, but would have been more so if the whole thing hadn't been completely overdone throughout the episode, IMHO.
Anyway. This show. XF will always and forever be number one by a mile for me, but BSG stole second place whilst I wasn't looking. When did that happen? How many times have I used the words broken/breaking/breaks in this short arse review? And did I mention KARRRRAAAAAAA?!!!
