Imma sick of the broken computer issues in our house
I miss you all! Fly by post to say that the stupid gorram man hasn't got the stupid gorram thing top fix my stupid gorram laptop yet. No interwebz for me. :( If I haven't replied or I met you at the weekend and haven't friended you don't be offended, my web time is limited and has to be applied mostly to chasing jobs, sadly. Just virtually kick me if I should have done something and I haven't.
I had the most AMAZING weekend. I:
- squished the hell out of angiescully and splodge04
- loved Mary McDonnell's talks far more than I thought I would
- flailed over new BSG with fellow fangirls
- danced like a lunatic
- nearly did drunken karaoke with a group of people to The Wombaling Song.(they ran out of time)
- watched Robert Picardo do two VERY impressive karaoke turns, one with half the women at the party up on stage backing him
- met some incredibly lovely people (hello incredibly lovely people!)
- sat through a Paramount Pictures preview talk in an effort to pretend I remember everything from A-level Film Studies
- slept far too little
- got scared by the scary couple fighting in the room next to me two nights in a row
- got lost and ended up on a two mile walk in the wrong direction
- had an incredible amount of fun
I will be back!
