Merry Christmas (belatedly)!

A moral dilemma for you all to help with: I really, really need a new laptop. Mine is so dead. Last time I tried it wouldn't even switch on. The laptop I've had my eye on is £70 off in the sale at PC World. Which I still wouldn't be able to afford, except PC World have an offer on in which you pay £50 now, and pay the rest in 12 months time. With no interest. I have never brought anything on credit before, but this is so, so tempting. I'm sick of not having reliable computer and internet access. Advise me? Or rather, convince that this is a totally acceptable thing to do, please?

Money issues aside, I hope everyone who celebrates had a good Christmas! My sister hosted Christmas dinner at her house for the first time, which went well despite the whole house being stuffed full of toys for Harry's first Christmas. If she donated half of it to Woolworths the profits would keep them afloat. I too got lots of nice presents, including a SatNav, a DVD player (mine is broken) a huge Jenson Button flag and tickets to see the play version of HDM in Birmingham, thanks to Mary! *squees* Joey also was a favourite with Santa, who brought him a Fat Baby (Adipose, Dr Who people. Sheer brilliance, none Dr Who people.). The Fat Baby may have to live in my bedroom as Joey's is already full of toys. What? There is totally nothing wrong with stealing toys from 2 year olds.

family sometimes does end with blood, gorram computer, joey, harry
