jaejoong's new album dropped yesterday (in korea) and of course rips are all over the internet. but i'm just going to imbed a youtube vid with all the songs so you can sample it. kekekeke.
frankly, my favourite songs are the last three.
0:00 - 3:11 "One Kiss", was released as a teaser for the album and i think it's good for introducing us to this new, grown up Jaejoong. i like it that he's exploring a new genre and sound. i think he's always liked rock music so it's nice that he gets to try it (and i think he succeeds).
3:20 - 6:57 "Mine", is the title song of the album and it has its own MV that was released yesterday. this song is jaejoong's experiment in... being Evanescence. lol. i like it, the same as i like songs by Evanescence. haha. but it's not my favourite. the MV is nice enough, but also not my favourite. (although i really enjoy the scenes where he's chained to a wall... not sure what that says about me... *cough*)
7:02 - 10:19 "내안 가득히" (i can't find an english translation of this and google translate is not helping... something about "my heart being full"?), is one of my favourites. more pop-rock. a little Maroon5 feeling? maybe? i'm not good at describing music really. but it sounds sweet and full of love.
10:31 - 13:42 "Healing for Myself", is a heartbreaking rock ballad. and i love it. i love his voice in it. it makes me want to cry.
13:47 - end "All Alone", is another heartbreaking ballad, but i'd put this more along the lines of a normal pop ballad. pretty and soft. don't be alone, jaejoongie, i'll take you hoooooome~~~~ *^________________________^*
so that's all the fangirling for now... not too bad, right? keke. i kept it under control. HEEHEE.
ps - does anyone else think that jaejoong looks like the lovechild between moon heejun and kangta? O_o
pps - woot! one of the coworker-units got an extra bluray of 'Avengers' for christmas so he's given it to me~ did i mention i got a new tv and bluray player this christmas? ah... i'm joining the 21st century finally... (i loves it. dearly. >_> )
