so my friend showed me this "recipes for 20 meals under 400 calories" thing that she got (i don't know from where)... and #2 was:
- 1 medium apple
- 1.5 tbsp peanut butter
- 5 whole wheat crackers
- 1 cup skim milk

... i'm sorry, a) that's not a recipe, and b) that's not... what i would classify as a meal.

then again, one of their other options was: "1 tall skim latte and Starbucks' reduced fat cinnamon swirl coffee cake". although they legitimately listed that as: "take a starbucks break!"
