sometimes i pretend like i want to live a healthier lifestyle

so in between my late night instant noodle binges, all you can eat sushi scarfing, and budae jjigae inhaling... i sometimes do a little bit of exercise. kekekekeke.

i never used to work on my cardio stamina, because it's reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally bad. fatally bad... like, if i had to run from zombies, i'd still get caught... that kind of bad. but i've decided to try... just straight up joggies. (or elliptical or whatever indoor machine i can find that mimics the joggies). imma gonna build up my cardio abilities, yo!

so then... jogging tunes! (they're all kpop... sorry... that's the way i roll these days.) my friend told me to pick upbeat, energetic songs that i'd want to dance to, but to mix up the beats so that i can run or walk at different paces according to the song i'm listening to (while still keeping up the heartrate with all fast songs).
