okay, the WIP meme in 3 parts.

part 1: the work computer (yes... sometimes i fic at work)



1) the theotherdigit!schoolfic

• in which shy!heero and sortofoblivious!duo are trying to get their feelings for each other lined up and in sync before acknowledging them...and/or each other, really.
• Heero listened to Duo’s prattle with half an ear. Mostly he was rather involved in a fierce internal debate over whether or not it was okay to maybe just put his hand on Duo’s knee.

2) the as yet untitled chibi vampire ficcie

• in which chibi!vampie!duo is given chibi!human!heero for his 5th birthday present and the two become the best of friends (even if one of them has to gnaw on the other occasionally). when they finally understand the implications of their individual constitutions, little heero asks to be Changed so that he and duo can stay together forever.
• “Duo,” his mother said, gently hooking one finger behind his fangs and lifting him free of Heero. “If you keep breaking your toys right away, we’re not going to bring you any new ones.”

3) Cherry Kiss

• based on the HK tv drama, "The Gateau Affairs", heero is an aloof pastry chef (yes, i know the french term but i can't spell it right now. haha) focused only on his career. duo is a bit of a flighty thing but has always dreamed of the cakes and pastries that he could never afford to have as a child and so he applies (and is accepted) for an apprenticeship at heero's bakery
• Had Heero really meant to kiss him? Maybe he’d just tripped…and fallen on Duo’s mouth.

4) the as yet untitled pirate ficcie

• duo's a space pirate! and heero's not. but he was watching relena when their ship was boarded and both of them are taken hostage by the duo's pirate crew. ... i have no idea where this fic is going and that's why i stopped it... ^^;;;;
• That's Robin Hood, sweetie. Pirates really are just in it for the money.

5) A Young Man's Fancy

• based on an old Cantonese opera, heero is a rich boy who disguises himself as a tutor to pursue a servant (that would be duo, in case you weren't really familiar with my preferences ^_~) in the magistrate's household. funnily enough, duo is a "handmaiden"...for reasons that i can't remember. haha. ah, plot devices, how i love thee~ anyway, duo works for relena...who has 4 male handmaidens. haha.
• Quatre was a pretty blond who, in contrast with Solo, most definitely looked to be from the right class to be a handmaiden, but the flat chest and slight bulge in his pants proclaimed him to be completely the wrong gender and reaffirmed Heero’s suspicions that Relena was truly a deviant of epic proportions. She had, not *one*, but *four*, male handmaidens!

6) Love Me When I'm Gone

• y'all know this one. the sort of deathfic cliffhanger prologue?
• There’s nothing worse than waking up in a body bag.

7) what was going to be that MoR mission gettogether entry. haha.

• sort of like the movie SWAT... but you know. with some gay sex.
• “I can’t believe you’re still holding that against me, Yuy!” Duo shouted as he hobbled after him. “That was three *years* ago! You were going to shoot Relena! How the hell was I supposed to know we were on the same side?”

8) omg, it's a Peach Girl fic! (from a fic_on_demand ... demand)

• a toji/kailey gettogether that doesn't bash momo (was the request)
• Kiley felt guilty. It was kind of a new feeling for him, so it had taken a couple days to identify, but when he did figure it out, he felt even worse.

and can you believe i have *more* WIPs? this is ridiculous. i'm going home!
