How I Met Your Mother to return next season! (The link is a list of all shows canceled, returning, and TBD for all five big networks)
I don't know if I was really worried about HIMYM, but this just makes me feel better. FNL is also listed as returning, along with Pushing Daisies, Samantha Who? (which I only watch online 'cause of all my Monday shows), Scrubs, and The New Adventures of Old Christine. Scrubs is moving to ABC but CBS is smart enough to hold onto Christine. All of the shows I've really enjoyed this season are coming back - now I just have to worry about new shows next season.
And, How I Met Your Mother, just a heads up - I give you this season, because suddenly you were writing for a broken-up Ted and Robin and a married Marshall and Lily, not to mention a writers' strike, but I will not allow for too much stumbling. I know you can deliver (I really enjoyed Britney's first appearance, along with Sandcastles in the Sand and The Bracket) so I'm just waiting for some first season or mid- to late-second season AWESOMENESS.
