1. Today I was able to skip out on the last hour and a half of CRM, which was awesome because we really weren't doing anything. Last night, when I wrote my final reflection, I referenced the episode of "This American Life" about TV, where someone (I think it was Dan Savage) talked about how "The Suite Life of Zach and Cody" goes against stereotypes. I also talked about "How I Met Your Mother", and how the boys are made fun of for liking "girly" things, like fruity drinks and true love, and yet the boys have "real" jobs as a lawyer and an architect, and the girls have typical "girly" jobs, as a news anchor - the pretty face - and a kindergarten teacher. I'm not saying that the girls are any less important than the boys, I'm just saying that...it could be construed to be that way. Like, Ted creates buildings and Lily makes paintings that aren't that great. Anyway.

2. Speaking of How I Met Your Mother....
That is not the season finale, is it? 'Cause honestly - not so good. Barney and Britney in matching clothes was very cute, but that was the only scene I even liked her in. They did not even mention that goddamn umbrella, and the ending was not so much a cliffhanger and season-ending worthy as it was not that funny. I SWEAR TO GOD, CARTER AND CRAIG! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!

3. I had my interview. I think I did great, but I thought I did great at Build-A-Bear too, so.... I'll know by Thursday, or so - they're interviewing all day Wednesday.

4. After my interview, I did the notebook for my PSA, which was two whole pages. Then, I dropped my books off at the library and paid 66 cents with a credit card for a folder to put it in. When I presented my PSA, Fred (my teacher) said it was great. Then, later, when we were talking one on one about my resume, he said I have a lot of natural talent and ability, and I just need to figure out what makes me better than anyone else and get a bit of an ego. Okay. I'll do that.

5. Tonight I really should write my 1500 word (or 5 pages) paper. Honestly, I don't care too much about it. I think I'm going to start it tonight, and then try to head to bed before midnight (for once) and then tomorrow I'll finish it before Russian, use my time in Russian and after Russian to study for my final, and then spend tomorrow night/Wednesday morning working on my TV Essays. Last night/this morning, I think I started writing part of it in my head, but it had to do with falling out of bed and lots of black and white and the Twilight Zone, maybe. Suffice it to say, it was not real.

papers, jobs, class, this american life, how i met your mother, himym
