What's with TODAY today?
TODAY IS A NICE DAY, I'M NOT GONNA LIE.
1. I woke up before noon even though I went to bed at around 7 this morning. I'm really tired, but I just downed a Medium Caribou Coffee, so hopefully I have some energy to, like, sing and clean my apartment. IT IS SO MESSY and gross. Last night, though, I was singing at the top of my lungs (I've just been listening to songs to and from work lately, so I've been mouthing along and dancing while walking, but no singing, so that was awesome) and washing dishes went really quickly.
2. A BILLION SONGS HAVE LEAKED and right now I'm listening to "Much Better" for what is the kajillionth time - that whole jam session in the middle? I NEED TO SEE THAT LIVE ASAP PLEASE. I was listening to "Before The Storm," but crying isn't conducive to cleaning, so I put that away (they sound so pretty together! God, I can't even handle that right now. ARE THEY BACK TOGETHER YET??).
3. I am going to pick up my Jonas tickets tomorrow before I go see The Hangover! I'm going to sleep early tonight just so I know this can happen. I HAVE JONAS TICKETS. I am soooo excited, y'all. This upcoming month will be the LONGEST EVER TO GET THROUGH, because at the end is Jonas LIVE and then home/LA/home. (And my tickets are LAUGHABLY bad, because I waited too long to buy them from a crappy resell site, but whatevs, I WILL BE THERE AND DANCING AND MAYBE I'LL MAKE FRIENDS WITH THE AGE-APPROPRIATE GIRLS IN THE SEATS AROUND ME.)
4. I keep forgetting to mention how I'm mainlining Life like I'm Dani Reese while she's undercover (haha, LIfe reference!). It is just SO GOOD I can't even stand it. Also, I don't really get Dani/Charlie 'shippers. They're PARTNERS, okay? (haha, this is the way I feel about Nick/Joe 'shippers. THEY'RE BROTHERS, GUYS. Dani and Charlie are like metaphorical brothers.) I can't even believe how much I love everyone on this show. The last few episodes I've watched haven't been the greatest, but I'm blaming Gabrielle Union. She doesn't want my charity, she'll take first place from Kirsten Dunst either way. That was an awkward reference. Anyway. I just want to hug this show and keep watching new episodes all the time forever. GREAT TIMING, HUH?
5. Tonight is So You Think You Can Dance Top 20! Through Miley, I was introduced to Adam Shankman's twitter, which is actually not enjoyable, but he introduced me to Nigel Lythgoe's twitter, which is somehow pretty delightful? This is one of my recent favorites: Due to op I have to put the Season 6 New Orleans audition in the hands of @ adammshankman & @ kingofkrump Sorry N'Orleans! More devastation! I might have laughed for a really long time when I read that.
