Things I have removed from my DVR in the past week: 90210, Project Runway, Top Design.
Things I have put on my DVR in the past week: Valentine, The Ex List, Kath & Kim, Friday Night Lights, Saturday Night Live, and The Soup.
Yay!
Plus, Laura and I are working our way through How I Met your Mother at a fast pace. Tonight, we went from "Milk", the second to last episode of Season 1, to the beginning of "Columns", the thirteenth episode of Season 2. We can't go too quickly, because I'm not getting Season 3 'til next Tuesday (I am absolutely waking up early, trekking to Target, and buying the new DVD before class) but after that we're gonna be able to watch the new Season 4 eps (hee. love! love those kids!) and then we'll be all caught up and she'll have to wait for weeks like the rest of us! (oh, man, Laura's reactions to the end of season 1 and the end of "Swarley" were hilarious. "SHUT. UP." when Ted made it rain, and a bunch of "Ohhhhh"s and "Oh, no"s for the Marshall/Lily stuff, plus a happy squeal when they got back together. SHE LOVES THEM THE MOST)
OH MY GOD YOU GUYS. I ALMOST FORGOT! MY COUSIN'S WIFE IS GONNA HAVE A BABY! My cousin Laura is way excited she's gonna be an aunt. My grandmother's gonna be a great-grandmother and one of the first things my mom said was, "I'm gonna be a great-aunt." This is the first of his/her generation, I guess, and the first baby since my cousin Sam who is now....holy goodness, 6? We're gonna be buying a lot of baby clothes and spoiling Molly beyond a shadow of a doubt. And I found out through facebook. FACEBOOK IS CRAZY.
Plus, I skipped my rock on TV class tonight. Plus, a little more. Plus, I love you. (I have had that Dwight quote stuck in my head for days.)
I wanna see Four Christmases with Reese Witherspoon and Vince Vaughn and I'm looking forward to it but I feel it is way, way too early to advertise it.
Ghost Town made me cry. As did the GLAAD awards, which I watched the beginning of today (mainly to catch a glimpse of NPH, but alas I did not see him, and then we watched HIMYM instead).
Oh man, it's the middle of the night. I want a lunchable. I'm planning on waking up in, what, 8 hours? Oh, that's not bad. Anyway.
Damn. Brothers & Sisters is so amazing. I love these big family fights.
It's fall! Chilly and gorgeous, I pretty much just want to wear my awesome jacket tomorrow. I wish I had a cute black skirt or something. Oh, girly clothes! I seriously think it's my girly time of the month. Crying over a Ricky Gervais film? A montage of gay themed clips? Having a fierce need for chocolate? I'm way girly today. Plus, a great-cousin! Pseudo-aunt? ... There's a new baby in the family!
