San Fran
It seems like it's been awhile, lj.
This past weekend I went to a conference with WAP to San Francisco. It was hosted by Berkeley kids, which happen to be a bunch of really awesome people.
So there was 12 of us FSU kids including Natalie and I. It was a really great trip all in all. Although our room constantly smelled rancid due to the fact that we were rooming with two other guys and one of them happened to smell pretty badly, and also snored, it didn't detract from the overall awesomeness of the trip. I saw plenty of homeless people, partied with my friends in the gay capital of the world, and won first place in my second away conference. There were a lot of firsts on this trip: My first time in San Fran, my first best delegate award, first time in Texas and Colorado (even though it was only in the airport), and my first speeding ticket- which I got on the way back from Tampa to Tally. Yep...the cop caught me doing 91 and pulled me over 27 miles away from Tallahassee. Luckily he only gave me a ticket for $160 because it could have been much worse. Although I am thankful, I still don't have the money. Now I have to do this stupid online traffic school so the points don't go on my record. I don't plan on telling my parents because my mom will just bother me every time I drive from here on out. My mom will probably be too freaked out when she sees my lip ring anyways lol.
Can't wait to go home for spring break! I want to get a tan so badly, not to mention catch up on my sleep. Yesterday we literally crossed the country and I am still so exhausted from it. It sucks that I am coming back early, but after this speeding ticket I need to start working asap to start rolling in the money. The rest of the semester is going to be way too busy.
