1) There are assxxxx everywhere in the world.
2) you cannot solve things logically or rationally with those ass....
3) When Koreans have such accidents, usually the one who made a fault go crazy and shout, pretending it is the other's fault. Otherwise he is admitting his fault and motorbikes usually are not insured, so if you call the police, he will be in trouble.
4)If you have some kind of insurance that covers such an accident, you may call them immediately and have the insurance guy handle the accident.
5)If you are bluffed by the biker (or in the future, by a car driver), you don't need to raise your temper but just call the insurance company you are enrolled, and they will take care of everything. If you can take pictures, with your mobile phone or a camera, that is the best. You take pictures of the car or bike and the plate number.
Normally, when we have a car accident, we don't raise our voice but both just call their insurance companies to come quickly and they will handle everything. Simple.
