Challenge 50 :: Anniversaries

I know, I know. Queen of Teh Slack Brigade. I totally forgot last weeks challenge. Forgive me?
This weeks challenge is........ Anniversaries!
Because, this community is One Year Old today! Happy Birthday to us. It was created on the 29th April 2004. But since we've already had a birthday challenge, I thought an anniversary one was in order. (and yes, we've only had 50 challenges in the year, and thats because I am a slacker, and have forgotten twice in the last two months. yikes.)
so, anniversaries! wedding anniversaries, death anniversaries, anniversaries of any other key event in the history of stargate. any kind of anniversary you like, in fact. So long as Sam is mentioned in there somewhere, then its all good.
Also, I'd just like to thank everyone that has participated in any way over the last year. You've made this community a great place. Thankyou.
Now get writing! *cracks whip* :D
Oh, one last thing. This -is- the Sam Carter -100- however, if you want to write a longer fic for this or any other challenge that gets posted in the future and post it here I dont think anyone will be complaining. Its been quiet lately, so have at it :D
