Today was my first day at the SGC. It went really well. Better than expected.
I met some of the other scientists. They were all very friendly, but a little busy running tests on some of the things the SG teams had bought through the gate.
I also met Major Samantha Carter. She was so nice and patient with me. She’s also very pretty, and smart too! I wonder if she’s… no, probably not. Besides, she’s my boss. Even if she weren’t, why would someone like her be interested in me?
At least I get to work with her. Sometimes, anyway.
