Bastard got out of F1 alive... but at least without the title.

Fernando Alonzo won the 2006 Formula One World Driver's Championship today.

Which means that Michael Schumacher didn't.

Unfortunately, Schumacher did not die in a crash today, meaning he has made it out of motor racing alive.

Maybe he'll die in a crash tomorrow.

At least he's out of Formula One. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

I am truly sorry that a vile creature such as Schumacher took a gentleman such as Fangio out of the record books for most F1 championships. To have a man who would deliberately crash fellow competitors out of races become champion debases the title.

The first time I heard of that bastard was in Road & Track in their article about the 1991 Belgian Grand Prix. The sub-heading for the article said "But where's Gachot? And who's this Schumacher guy?" Would that they never had the opportunity to ask.

I was hoping that, as he pulled the same kinds of dirty tricks that Senna did, he would die like Senna did. But that is not to be. It is probably for the best. Senna died quicky. I hope Schumacher's death will be slow and painful.

formula one, the bastard lives
