I'm officially pissed at newegg.com. I had never used them, but I knew Fro always did when building computers, so when I decided to build a new one, that's where I went. I was planning on spending about a grand with them. You would think a site that sells expensive computer components would offer shipping insurance, but apparently not. The really nice gaming case I bought from them arrived looking like someone had kicked it. The side window is pretty much shattered, and their website says they won't issure a return authorization on "carrier damage". I called them and pitched a fit last night, and they said that I would have to wait 7-10 days to hear back from a service rep about it. They better replace my case, or I'm sending all the other stuff back.
