1. walk (like exercise walk) at least four days per week
2. do abs arms and legs at least five times per week
3. cut one unhealthy food out of my diet per month; this month, fried food
4. keep my apartment clean and keep the dishes washed
5. not fight about stupid shit and not be over sensitive, and not be too needy
6. talk to my mom every week
7. go to the beach every weekend, at least to walk
