Eeeeeeeeeeee!
I have been so MIA, because for the last two weeks or so, every waking hour has been taken up with prep for this thing I am shooting this weekend. And I am just popping in now because our first day of shooting, I think, went really really well. I know we got the first third and the last third. We never got a clean, complete shot of the middle third, but we are going to sneak in some cuts, so I think we'll be okay.
None of this makes sense yet, but it will. After tomorrow's shoot, we'll have finished principal photography, and it's off to the editor. Which means I get to catch up on sleep a little and breathe a little as well. And chronicle the whole journey here.
Did I mention that I am producing, directing, appearing in, and just about everything else on this piece? Including covering Craft Services, so I was up until after midnight last night, prepping everyone's lunch for set today?
I need a drink. But not until tomorrow night.
