Good news
I'm going to get to the point here. I want to let you all know that I did pass the practical. I passed by the skin of my teeth, with a 75%, but I did pass. I got docked for the shirt I wore. Apparently, the sleeves were too long, and they might drag across the client. My back wasn't straight when doing certain things. I didn't realize this, but he says I did traction at one point when I wasn't supposed to. When doing the draining effleurage on the legs, I missed the ankles when coming back down. And I wasn't specific enough on the shoulders. At least I know what I really need to work, on, and at least I passed. If Matt hadn't given me a break on the time issue, I would have lost another ten points and been screwed. I finished ten minutes early. But he says I'm right where I should be, so this is normal. Over all, he says I'm not going to be a bad therapist, and that's comforting.
Now, I've just got to get through the A and P quiz tonight, and I'll be all good.
