Well, went to the doctor yesterday. Actual weight?
343 pounds.
Horrifying.
So I actually am doing something about it. I still want to try and make it to, oh, let's say 300 by the end of March for el tripo Florido. Or, La Vacance de Floride. Cause I actually know French.
Yesterday, I had tilapia, mashed cauliflower (which really tasted like mashed potatoes, yo) and broccoli florets. It was all pretty healthy and tasted good too.
I also realized that since I can't weigh myself on my chintzy home scale, I'm buying a new one. This will at least provide me with some feedback, since I weigh so much that small changes won't manifest themselves visibly, at least not for a while.
Here it is. At least I'll be able to track success with this honking scale. And I also found some pretty good exercises for ab strenthening. They say that abdominal fat (which I have aplenty) is a huge contributor to heart disease and heart attacks. I could go my whole life and not have one experience with those two things and be fine.
And on a final note: an entire bag of Orville Redenbacher Smart Pop with butter is only 2 Weight Watchers points.
