At work on a Saturday... as if it is a Friday...
Yes that's right.
Today someone broke my heart and soul by telling me that all the hard yards I’ve been putting into work on a Saturday (and by hard yards, I mean working hard at being bored and looking busy) I find out today that I actually get paid at normal rate.
This has broken me.
Ok I may be overacting because there’s nothing else to do. But post. I wonder how much more senseless posting of mines before I get deleted off people’s friends’ page. Hm.
Whats been happening to me in recent times? Well not much. None more of my wild adventures. Oh yes I went to Genghiscon which was a lot of fun, I missed out on going there on the Friday (because of stupid work. Bleeeeh) but I got there bright and early on Saturday and then again on Sunday. (collection of total hours slept over those two days; 8)
Gaming was fun.
Panels were interesting.
Learnt lots.
Played in a few RPG’s which was also educational/fun.
Met some new and awesome people. (and the people I all ready knew I got to know a lot better.. along with lots of hugs. Hee! Hugs.)
Got to see my dear friend Shanaid who I lost contact with over recent times, so catching up on Sunday was full of greatness.
(even though I momentarily lost her… and somehow agreed to come to Waicon at the end of the month)
Hmm… what else?
That pretty much sums it up.
I need to work on my storytelling skills.
Someone just called up and asked to speak to a guest “Cap’t John Shepherd” and If you watch Stargate Atlantis (which most likely ya’ll don’t cause your idiots) you will know why I had to contain laughter.
This post is getting really, really boring. I’m going to go now and do some work.
