weekend ickiness

This weekend was horrible!!  Okay, not totally horrible, because Kevin came over and I certainly enjoyed my time with him.  He even enjoyed participating in the redial_the_gate  chat and watching a kickass episode of SG-1.  He wasn't that hot though on some of the episodes of season one though!  Anyways, the reason it was horrible is because I came down with a

true... my favorites are usually in seasons 3-5, 7-8... but I'm insistent that he watch them in order at least once... so all the ones he watches out of order he will watch again!! *he promised me!* It was quite interesting listening to him wail and complain and gasp during the episodes, including the redial chat... he's so animated when watching TV, though interestingly enough not during movies in theatres... i'm the loud one there, usually jumping in my seat at any kind of surprise.

I had seriously considered canceling the sleep-over because of the cold--didn't want to get him sick--and it was really sad that a pro to canceling is that I wouldn't miss the redial chat *innocentlook* but instead i got the best of both worlds... and I'm sure I'll find out by friday whether he got whatever I have, and then I'll start a weekend regime of constantly consoling him over the phone (Kev now lives almost two hours from me, so we don't get to see each other often, and our work schedules don't agree with each other--actually his work schedule is all seven days a week... bad for social life...)
