my niece, who just turned 5, called me today to tell me she lost her first tooth. the tooth-fairy left her a dollar in which she bought a barbie doll.

carly then asked me if i could come over and play. it physically broke my heart to tell her i couldnt. blah, christmas will not be here fast enough.
