I stop through and read my favorites on occasion.
I'm "o.k."
Just living
Riding my mountain bike a lot
trying to be more active and eating healthier
Maybe it will "extend" my life or at least keep me from having a heart attack at 36.
I've had several chest pains as of late which had a wonderful arm going numb warning before them.
That says to me the ticker is not happy with how I live.
So yeah...exercise and good eats for a while if not forever.
