Cuddle Party!
I was bitching to Nikkie today about the love/hate relationship I have with the idea of human contact and she introduced to me the idea of the Cuddle Party. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cuddle_party
I really had no idea such a thing existed but now that I know that it does, it does seem like a particularly brilliant idea. Human contact without any expectation of sex involved. As non-sexual as such events maybe, it makes me wonder if people would buy into such things, I mean, why cuddle when one can get laid right? I believe women would go for such things but men? With no sexual expectations, is such a thing even possible? Makes me wonder alright... I've always been in somewhat of a predictament when it comes to human contact. Personally, I've always been someone who values personal space and am not used to physical contact, it can feel so alien at times. However, after my last boyfriend, I've come to comprehend the value, the simple comfort and enjoyment of a cuddle and to crave it at times. Ignorance can be bliss and unfortunately I'm not all that ignorant anymore.
