I spent the weekend, starting Friday night, doing the Shambhala level II training at the Berkeley Shambhala center. It's in a beautiful old building, owned by Oddfellows- directly across from Cal.

It's nice to know that this week is going to be really short, especially after a rather crummy weekend. Tonight I'm going to a family get together which will be for support of Rachel's family as much as anything else. There's a good chance that I won't be able to make it to the funeral, so it's all the more important that I go tonight ( Read more... )
