I had an amazing weekend of meditation, but I'll get to that in a bit. In spite of not needing any more hobbies or kitchen gadgets, I just ordered this mozzarella making kit from the Cheese Queen.
I was overcome by the need to try making my own CHEESE! Doesn't that sound fun?! You could have people over for pizza, and be like 'yeah, I made that cheese!'
I admit that the inspiration and recommendation came directly from the 'Animal, Vegetable, Miracle' book I mentioned last week. Besides, you can't go wrong buying stuff from the QUEEN of CHEESE, now can you?
Sometimes I'm so weak in the face of neat crafty crap, it's ridiculous.
